Toronto Urban Film Festival
5 Years and Still TUFF!
The Toronto Urban Film Festival (TUFF), the only festival of its kind in North America, is a 10-day long public film festival that reaches over 1.3 million subway commuters daily. TUFF is looking for the best silent one-minute films from across Canada and around the world.
The festival runs from September 9 – 18, 2011, at the same time as TIFF. Films are presented on the Onestop network of 300 subway platform screens inside the TTC, and featured on the TUFF website, where people can vote for the Audience Choice award.
Early Bird Deadline is May 31. Final Deadline is July 15th.
Submit urban themed films, or films that would be of interest to an urban public. All submissions must be silent and exactly 60-seconds.
