Mark it down! Tomorrow, the Toronto Urban Film Festival is launching on subway systems across the city! Between September 7th-17th you can watch a new program of specially selected films every day. On September 5th, we had our press conference at Dundas station to announce the launch of the sixth annual edition of the Toronto Urban Film Festival.
This year, we have three dedicated film zones in St. Andrew Station, Dundas Station and Bloor/Yonge. These platform screens will be distinguished by a TUFF labelled wrapping. You really can’t miss them!
New to this year`s festival is Too TUFF for the TTC which features two films that we loved but would be too inappropriate for a public setting.
Don’t forget to vote for your favourite films during the first week of programming on the TUFF website. Voting ends on the 14th and the top films as rated by the online votes will be displayed on Sunday September 16th, 2012.
This has been our biggest festival yet and we hope you enjoy the fine quality of content that we are presenting to you throughout the course of the festival. We are sure you will appreciate the experience of a little public art spicing up your daily grind.
Have a great festival!
